Long haired Chihuahua, Boo Boo, is just 10cm (4in) tall. He was given his title for the world's smallest dog by veteran Gibson, a harlequin Great Dane in Washington. He's the world's tallest dog measuring 107cm (3.5ft). Boo Boo's smaller than his head.
